Fani Kayode reaction over Hijab controversy

Previous Minister of Aviation, Fani Kayode, has pointed the finger at Amasa Firdaus, an alum of University of Ilorin (UNILORIN), who was denied 'call to bar' by authorities of the Council of Legal Education (CLE) for neglecting to evacuate her cover, also called hijab. 

Fani kayode says Firdaus was just being puerile and guileful as Nigeria is a mainstream state and she can't demand wearing a 

religious attire amid a mainstream function. 

The previous minster, while responding by means of his Twitter handle stated, "The young lady that demanded wearing her hijab amid her call to the Nigerian bar was being adolescent and insincere. 

"You can't demand wearing religious attire amid a mainstream function and she isn't the primary Muslim to be called to the Nigerian 

bar. Nigeria is a mainstream state." 

Responding prior, Aisha Yesufu, co-convener of Bring Back Our Girls Group, tested the Nigerian Law School on rules keeping the utilization of Hijab amid its call to bar service.
